Actevate achieved 100% return to work outcomes for same and different employer services in March 2010.
Quality assurance continues to be the key aspect of building valuable relationships with existing and new clients.
- Our Rehabilitation Consultants attend regular case reviews with insurers and employers to ensure appropriate recommendations are being made and fast but durable return to work outcomes are being achieved;
- Actevate Business Development Manager ensures that our services are tailored to our customers' needs and values, and attends regular face-to-face meetings to develop long-lasting business relationships with all stakeholders involved; and
- Actevate conducts monthly quality assurance calls in line with WorkCover rehabilitation case management standards.
