Actevate have been operating as a NSW WorkCover Accredited Rehabilitation Provider since April 2006. Now in our 5^th year of business Actevate is proud to announce that it has recently been appointed by Xchanging and CGU to their preferred provider panels. We look forward to working closely with these two agents in securing return to work outcomes that exceed their expectations and those of their stakeholders.

Xchanging has appointed Actevate to assist with the development of Fast Track Brief Intervention services.  The purpose of these unique and innovative services is to direct return to work services to the very beginning of the claims life cycle.  Actevate will work closely with the Brief Intervention specialists at Xchanging with the view to arranging a workplace review and treating doctor visit inside the first 5 days of the claim.  The purpose of this is to reduce the psychosocial risk factors, misappropriation of duties and workplace conflict that often emerges at the beginning of the claim.  Actevate’s Brief Intervention services were developed on the back of very strong evidence that supports the need to address psychosocial risk factors immediately.

CGU have appointed Actevate to its preferred provider panel. Actevate will now work more efficiently and rapidly with its CGU insured clients and look forward to working closely with both agents in assisting them to reduce claims costs, duration and in doing so improve their outcomes.  With the advent of the appointment to the return to work panels Actevate assures you that we will continue to provide the services that you have come to expect and look forward to assisting you during the crucial pre-renewal claims season.
