As an employer, do you know your rights and responsibilities when considering the dismissal of injured workers?

On 11 November 2010, TurksLegal Partner, Sam Kennedy, provided the RTW Interest Group with an insight into the legal obligations imposed on employers and the potential risks that need to be considered when reviewing termination and redundancy for injured workers. Illustrating employer obligations with practical examples and case studies, the presentation also highlighted the critical steps in the process of implementing a dismissal.
