What is a worplace rehabilitation provider?

A workplace rehabilitation provider is an accredited specialist that helps injured or unwell employees safely return to work, while supporting employers to meet their legislative obligations. At Actevate, that means coordinating recovery plans, liaising with treating doctors and insurers, and managing the return-to-work process so recovery is safe, sustainable, and as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

How long will I take to recover?

Recovery timeframes vary depending on the nature of the injury or illness, your role, and your individual circumstances, so there's no single answer. We assess each situation individually and design a graduated plan with clear milestones, adjusting it as you progress to support a safe and durable return rather than rushing the process.

Can I choose my own provider?

Yes. In most Australian schemes you have the right to choose your rehabilitation provider, and you can request Actevate directly. If you'd like to work with us, get in touch and we'll guide you through the steps to have us appointed, then coordinate with your employer and insurer from there.

How can I get started?
